In 2023, Julie published her powerful testimony, All My Hope: A Prisoner No More. The book chronicles her radical transformation through Jesus Christ and has become a life-changing resource in jails, prisons, and addiction recovery centers across the United States and around the world, with several correctional institutions adopting it as required reading. The newly released Spanish edition, Toda Mi Esperanza: Una Prisionera No Más, was distributed to prisons and addiction recovery centers in 20+ Spanish-speaking nations throughout Latin America in 2025.
Together with her husband, Mike Seals, a Senior Chaplain with the Florida Department of Corrections, Julie has served in prison ministry for 20 years. In 2024 & 2025 alone, 186,860 incarcerated men, women, and youth have been reached through Julie’s book and a new Portuguese translation is in the works!
